1 Heat ghee in a pan and add coconut and fry for 2 minutes to toast the coconut.This gives a nice crunch to the coconut.
2 Add the grated jaggery and add about 2 tablespoons of water and cardamom powder and keep stirring on a medium flame until the jaggery mixture comes to a single sticky mass. Note: Do not add too much water or your jaggery might get burnt or might get too sticky when trying to dry out the water.
3 While it is still warm, use your palm and shape like golf balls from the mixture and serve.
