Seafood Congee Soup

Directions

1 Soak dry scallop overnight. Tear up crab meat sticks

2 Add 2 quart of water to pot, add rice, scallion, crab meat, and scallop. Cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.

3 Once the congee start to boil, add green peas, chicken powder, salt, and pepper. Turn the fire a little bit slower, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Add water if congee becomes too thick.

4 When the rice is completely soft, the congee is ready to serve.
