Hot and spicy garlic shrimp
1. Marinate shrimp in chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt.
2. Heat oil in a shallow pan. Once hot, add the fenugreek seeds and finely chopper garlic. Fry the garlic till light golden brown. Do not over fry.
3. Add the shrimp with all the marinade.
4. Sauté for 3-4 min.
5. Add the water and cook for another 4 min. Do not over cook the shrimp.
6. Serve hot. Pairs best with rice or warm bread.
