Ingredients
ricotta cheese
30 ounce
condensed milk
16 ounce
cardamom-powdered
4
almonds- powdered
6
unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoon
ghee
1/2 tablespoon
Instructions
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add in the ricotta cheese and condensed milk. Mix well.
2. Add in the cardamom powder and cocoa powder. You could use sweet cocoa, I prefer less sweet so used unsweetened cocoa. Mix everything well.
3. Reduce the flame to a slow simmer. Reduce the mixture till it is thick and the bottom of the pan can be seen. Keep a pan ready lines with plastic foil or aluminum foil. It will help to remove the kalakandh easily. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared pan.
4. Spread the mixture to form a rectangle. Sprinkle generously with almond powder. Cover the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy.
HEY THERE!
