Taboulleh is a middle eastern salad-arabic to be specific made of bulgur wheat and tomatoes,cucumber and parsley drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Ingredients
uncooked bulgur wheat
1   cup
juice of 1 lemon
 
olive oil
2   tablespoon
salt(adjust as per your taste)
1   teaspoon
finely diced onion
1/2   cup
diced cucumber
1/2   cup
finely chopped parsley
1/4   cup
finely chopped cilantro
1/4   cup
cherry tomatoes cut in half
10   measure
black pepper powder(adjust per your taste)
1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Heat 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil, add salt and add the bulgur wheat and cook for about 20 minutes on medium high flame. Check if the grain is completely cooked. Run the bulgur under cold water and let drain.

2. In a bowl take the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Add the onions, parsley, cilantro, cucumber and mix.

3. Add in the cooked bulgur wheat and mix. Adjust salt and pepper.Finally add in the cherry tomatoes.Serve with crumbled Feta Cheese on top if you like. Although not traditional,you can use Fada or cracked wheat instead of the bulgur wheat,they are just different in the way they are processed.
