1. Set aside all the ingredients. Take Dalia and rice in a pressure cooker, add 4 cups of water and Cook till cooker for 4 whistles.
2. After the pressure cooker cools, remove the cooked Dalia in the pot. Add hot water (4 to 5 cups) and blend it in a blender to make a coarse paste.
3. Add Jaggery, crushed poppy seeds, greeted coconut in it and boil on low flame for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Add ghee and let the mix cool partially. Add green cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. Garnish with chopped Almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.
