A delicious accompaniment with your meal made from Ridge gourd. This recipe is made in the Marathi style.
1. Get the Ridge Gourd washed thoroughly with water
2. Peel the ridge gourd skin with peeler and use that skin for making chutney. Also set aside all remaining ingredients as shown.
3. Heat oil in cooking pan and shallow fry ridge gourd skin .
4. Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder, sesame seed, and chopped chilies, crushed Garlic in fry pan and steer it for 3 minutes on medium gas. Steer the mixture thoroughly.
