Ingredients
catfish steaks
2   measure
lemon juice
3   tablespoon
coriander powder
2   teaspoon
cumin powder
1   teaspoon
turmeric powder
1   teaspoon
red chili powder
3   teaspoon
garam masala powder
1   teaspoon
ginger garlic paste
2   teaspoon
salt to taste
 
oil
3   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Mix lemon juice, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and 2 teaspoon oil in a bowl.

2. Coat each of the fish pieces with the spice mixture.Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.

3. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan, pan fry the fish on both the sides on medium flame till golden brown.If your fish is too thick it will take longer to cook, you might have to cover it or place the pan in oven at 400F for 5-10 minutes to get the interior cooked.Serve with lemon wedges and onion slices. You can also add a tempering of curry leaves and green c hili on top.
