Ingredients
banana flower

onion

garam masala

moong dal
1/2   cup
medium piece of ginger chop fine

salt as per taste
 
jeera or cummin

dhania or 1.2 teaspoon dhania orcorainder powder

peppercorn

Instructions

1. Soak the moong dal overnight.Open the Banana flower and remove the florets as shown in image

2. Set a aside ingredients and cut the florets into small pieces.

3. In a pan, add oil and saute the onions till translucent, then add the curry leaves, tomato and cook till orangish. Add the ginger and garlic, jeera, dhania, green chillies and peppercorn and saute for about a minute. Add the chopped banana florets, moong dal and coconut.Mix well and add half cup water and garam masla and let it cook for about 10 mins
