Choris Chilli fry

A simple and delicious stir fry. Every Goan knows the delicious pork sausage or choris. It this recipe we combine the sausage with onion and potato to make a delicious side dish.

Ingredients
goan pork sausages or choris
20-25
large onion( chopped long)
1
potato ( chopped in squares)
1
cooking oil
1 teaspoon
green chilli (optional)
1
water
1/2 cup
Instructions
1. Remove the sausages from the skin and set aside. In a pan, add a teaspoon of oil and saute the onion till it is translucent and add Goan sausages Add green chilli if you want it extra spicy.
2. Add potatoes to the pan and stir gently. Add the water to the pan.
3. Let the Choris cook for 15 minutes and serve with bread or rice.
