Ingredients
cooked rice
2 cup
fresh mint leaves
1 ounce
green chilies
2
large onion sliced
1
oil
1 tablespoon
jeera
1 tablespoon
chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin. Next add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a few minutes. Add in the sliced onions along with salt. Cook the onions till they begin to caramelize.
2. In the mean time, make a paste of the mint, green chilies, chaat masala with minimum amount of water. Add this paste to the browned onions.
3. Next add in the cooked rice. I do not add salt in my rice, if you do then adjust the salt accordingly. Mix well. Enjoy hot with raita.
