Ingredients
yogurt
1 1/4   cup
fresh mint leaves
13  
cumin seeds
3/4   teaspoon
peppercorns
8  
cold water
3   cup
salt to taste
 
ice cubes( optional)

Instructions

1. Heat a pan on medium to high flame. Roast cumin seeds and then roast peppercorns.

2. Take yogurt in a cup and chop fresh mint leaves very finely.

3. In a blender put the yogurt, roasted cumin seeds and peppercorns, chopped mint leaves, salt and water. Blend it for 10-15 seconds. If you want, put ice cubes in lassi at last.
