With mangoes in season and the hot summer heat, what better way to quench your thirst than indulge in this favorite Indian yogurt drink.
1. In a mixing bowl, take the yogurt and mango pulp. Whisk together.
2. Add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder and whisk again. Mix everything well. You can mix the ingredients in a mixer as well. But hand beating it makes it thick and gives it the authentic taste. Place in the refrigerator to chill for about half hour before serving.
