Ingredients
gallon buttermilk
1/2  
sugar
1   teaspoon
salt
3/4   teaspoon
inch piece of ginger
6  
green chilli
1  
chopped coriander leaves
2   tablespoon
powder of freshly roasted cumin
1   teaspoon
Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl take buttermilk. Crush the ginger. Add the juice of ginger to the buttermilk. Finely chop the green chili and add to this as well.

2. Dry roast the cumin seeds. Then powder them. Add this to the buttermilk along with finely chopped coriander. Add in the salt and sugar.

3. Whisk everything well together. Serve chilled.
