Ingredients
milk
1/2   liter
sugar
75   grams
mawa
125   grams
pistachio
25
elaichi powder
1/4   teaspoon
mango pulp
1/2   liter
pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Bring the milk to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the flame. Add the mawa powder and mix well. If you don't have mawa you can add milk powder. You should make sure you adjust the sugar though.

2. Add chopped pista and ilaichi powder.

3. Add sugar and add the mango pulp. You can use fresh or canned mango pulp and adjust the sugar accordingly.

4. Turn the flame off and let the mixture cool. Then freeze into moulds. This ice cream is not soft and creamy and works best if frozen in ice cream moulds. Enjoy on a hot summer day!
