In Goa, during summer when there are plenty of mangoes on the trees and the weather is really hot and humid, this is a popular drink served chilled to help cope with the scorching summers.

Ingredients
mango pulp
750 milli liters
aamchur (dry mango) powder
2 tablespoon
freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tablespoon
ice cold water
1 cup
Instructions
1. Open a can of mango pulp and pour in a utensil. Add 1 cup ice cold water to the pulp.
2. Next add aamchur powder and black pepper powder.
3. Mix the mixture well using an egg beater.
4. Serve chilled to drink. Most people also serve aam rus with poori for breakfast or for desert. If you plan on serving it with poori do not add any water.
