Ingredients
semi ripe mangoes
10  
ginger
1/4   kilogram
garlic
1/4   kilogram
red chilli powder
2   teaspoon
black current (raisins)
100   grams
cloves
1-1/2   grams
sugar
1-1/2   kilogram
vinegar
1/2   liter
salt to taste
 
Instructions

1. Cut the mangoes into cubes and also cut the garlic, ginger and raisins.

2. In a thick bottom pan, boil the sugar, mangoes garlic, ginger, chilli powder and cloves. Then add the vinegar to it. This needs to cook for 5-10mins. Once cooled, bottle and refrigerate it.
