Raw mango pickle (Torashir)

In summer when mangoes are plenty in Goa, we chop them up and pickle them.This is my dad recipe.

Ingredients
raw mangoes
2-4  
salt
2   teaspoon
water
1   cup
bird eye chillies
2-4  
Instructions

1. Cut the mango into quarters and then chop them in to small slices.

2. In a glass bottle, fill with water, salt and chilies and set aside for 7 days. Then enjoy as a side or a snack.
