Ingredients
whole wheat flour
1/2   cup
cumin seeds
1/4   teaspoon
ginger powder
4   teaspoon
water
1/4   cup
mustard oil(preferable) or cooking oil
2 1/2   tablespoon
salt to taste

red chili powder
1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Take whole wheat flour in a plate. Put red chili powder, cumin seeds, ginger powder and salt over it and mix well. Knead the flour by adding little water at a time to form a dough.

2. Heat oil in a pan on medium to high flame. Take a small amount of dough and make very small and thin round shaped puris with the help of hands as shown. You should be able to make 10-12 puris out of this dough. Put puris in hot oil. These should puff but not like regular puris. Fry both sides until brown. Shooanth vor is ready to serve.
