As a kid this was mom favorite way to get me to eat veggies
1. Rinse the green leafy vegetable of your choice and cut into small pieces. In a pan add a tablespoon of oil and let it heat. Add the chopped garlic into the oil and stir till garlic start turning light brown.
2. Then add the chopped onions and saute till they are translucent. Add tomatoes till they are orangish. Then add the prawns and stir continuously. Add the garam masala, chilli powder and turmeric . Let it cook for approximately 2 minutes.
3. Add the chopped greens and add a cup of water. Stir well and add salt to taste. Let the vegetable cook till they are soft and the water is almost all evaporated.
