Ingredients
moong dal
250   grams
cooking oil
1   tablespoon
bottle gourd medium size (lauki)
500   grams
bitter gourd medium size (karela)
1  
ginger paste
1   teaspoon
salt
2   teaspoon
turmeric powder
1   teaspoon
methi (dried fenugreek seeds)
1   teaspoon
bay leaves

Instructions

1. Cut the Bitter Gourd (Karela) and Bottle Gourd (Lauki) in pieces

2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Then add bitter gourd (karela), bay leaves and methi. Fry it for 4-5 minutes.

3. Add the bottle gourd, ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder and moong dal, and mix it well. Put the lid on and pressure cook for three whistles.
