Bengali style Lentil cooked with lauki and karela
1. Cut the Bitter Gourd (Karela) and Bottle Gourd (Lauki) in pieces
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Then add bitter gourd (karela), bay leaves and methi. Fry it for 4-5 minutes.
3. Add the bottle gourd, ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder and moong dal, and mix it well. Put the lid on and pressure cook for three whistles.
