Aambyaacho Sheero is an innovative way to use mango during your breakfast with rava because who does not like some extra mangoes!
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the dry fruits (finely chopped) and the raisins and saute till the raisins puff up. Next, add the rava and saute till it begins to brown.
2. Add in the finely chopped mango and water/milk. You can add half water and half milk as well. Stir well as you add the water to ensure there are no lumps.
3. Next add the sugar, cardamom and saffron. Lower the flame to a simmer. Mix well.
4. Cook till the ghee begins to separate. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Enjoy warm!
