Ingredients
sooji or semolina
2   cup
ripe bananas
1  
sugar
4   tablespoon
baking soda(optional)
1   pinch
curd(optional)
1   dash
water
1/2   cup
oil to fry
 
Instructions

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add all other ingredients to it, mix and press into round balls

2. Deep fry either side in oil on low heat till it becomes brown.
