Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This is a great healthy smoothie which is made from fresh fruits and low fat yogurt to give you energy at breakfast.

Ingredients
fresh strawberries, washed and chopped

ripe bananas, sliced
1  
honey
2   teaspoon
ice cubes
2   cup
low fat yogurt
3/4   cup
skim milk (add less milk if you like a thicker smoothie)
1/2   cup
Instructions

1. Wash strawberries and remove banana peels

2. In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth. For a little extra flavor, a few drops of vanilla or almond extract may be used, but do not overdo as a few drops go a long way.
