A quick and easy breakfast filled with antioxidants.
blackberries or mulberries
greek yogurt or low fat yogurt
low fat milk
100 milli liters
1. Wash all the fruits and drain the water
2. In a blender, add ice cubes, greek yogurt, milk and berries. Blend all the ingredients and form a smoothie.
