Lep is a common fish in Goa. It is battered with rava and fried for some crispy awesomeness.
1. The tricky part of this recipe is cleaning the fish, first cut of the head using a kitchen scissor. Then pull the skin off
2. Then use the scissor and cut the edges with hair
3. Mix the rava with chilli powder
4. Then generously apply rava on the fish and fry in a pan with a teaspoon of oil till golden brown.
