A Favorite fish along the konkan coast Bombil or Bombay Duck. In this recipe we use spices and Rava to create crisp and delicious dish.
1. Clean the fish and add 1/2 teaspoon vinegar or lime juice and set aside for 5 -10 minutes.
2. In a plate, mix rava , chilli powder, gram masala
3. Place the fish in the rava and spice mix and coat it generously on both sides.
4. In a frying pan, add oil and put the fish in. Let the fish cook till golden brown. Then flip the fish to the other side and let is cook. Once done serve with lemon.
