Chinese style Seafood Congee Soup which uses jasmine rice and seafood like crab and scallops. healthy and delicious dish.
1. Soak dry scallop overnight. Tear up crab meat sticks
2. Add 2 quart of water to pot, add rice, scallion, crab meat, and scallop. Cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.
3. Once the congee start to boil, add green peas, chicken powder, salt, and pepper. Turn the fire a little bit slower, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Add water if congee becomes too thick.
4. When the rice is completely soft, the congee is ready to serve.
