1. Boil the fish for 10 mins, then keep aside for cooling. Once cooled remove skin and bones.
2. Add the chopped onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, fresh coriander, chillie powder, jeera powder, slice bread, egg, salt and lime juice to the fish mixture. Mix well.
3. Form into small balls and flatten to make cutlets. Coat this with rawa and fry in oil on low flame.
4. Fry cutlets till light golden brown on both sides.
