Ingredients
rice flour or rice soaked in water
2 cup
coconut grated
1
salt
1 pinch
Instructions
1. If using rice, soak it overnight. Grind it with very little water. Make dough. When the dough is ready add the grated coconut and salt to taste. Keep it aside
2. Take a banana leaf (dont have leaf use flat pan) and spread the above mixture forming a thick round chapatti. Using another banana leaf cover the top. Clipped the edges.
3. Place on a flat pan and cook on slow flame. When the leaf turns dark brown, flip it on the other side.
4. Best eaten with thick gravy.
