A Goan popular stir-fry. This recipe is typical of what is cooked at my house in Goa. Mom add's a bit of Worcestershire sauce to add a little tangy flavor along with the spices.
1. In a pan pour the oil, then add the onion and saute
2. Add the tomato, capsicum, meat
3. Add the red chilli powder, garam masala,green chillies and Worcestershire sauce and salt. Keep sauteing till meat is cooked.
