This is Christmas sweet made from tender coconut and sugar

Ingredients
tender coconuts
5  
sugar
1   kilogram
sheets of butter paper or kite papper
2  
water
1/2   cup
Instructions

1. Cut the tender coconut to long thin strip and soak with water overnight.and drain the water next morning.

2. In a thick bottom pan add 1/2 cup of water and sugar till the sugar melts . Then add the tender coconut to it the sugar syrup.

3. Cut the butter paper/kite paper into square and set on the table. Once the tender coconut is covered with a viscose sugar syrup place on the paper and let it cool.
