Custard Apple or sitaphal is one of my favorite fruits. I loved milkshake made with this exotic fruit. Here is the recipe.
1. Remove the seeds of the sitaphal and separate the pulp. This is a tedious process as you can imagine. Unfortunately we don't get fresh sitaphal here. So I have used readymade pulp. Put the pulp in a mixer along with milk.
2. Add sugar (optional). You can add ice as well. I used frozen pulp so I haven't used ice. Blend until smooth. Enjoy chilled!
