This is a easy Goan potato salad recipe made with boiled potatoes and curd that my mom would make mostly on fasting days.

Ingredients
boiled potatoes
2  
green chili
1  
chopped coriander leaves
2   tablespoon
salt
1/3   teaspoon
yogurt
3   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Boil the potatoes. Peel them. Finely chop the green chilies and coriander leaves. Cut the potatoes into small pieces as well. In a mixing bowl, place all the above chopped ingredients along with salt and yogurt.

2. Mix everything well. The salad is ready to serve. Enjoy with a Goan vegetarian meal.
