Ingredients
sprouted moong dal(whole green gram)
2   cup
big onion (finely chopped)
1   tablespoon
big tomatoes(finely chopped)
1  
green chillies(finely chopped)
1-2  
lemon juice
2   tablespoon
chopped cilantro
1/4   cup
olive oil(optional)
1   tablespoon
red chilli power
1   teaspoon
salt as per taste
 
chat masala
1   teaspoon
water to boil sprouted dal
 
Instructions

1. Boil the sprouted dal for 10 mins to soften it a little with little salt.

2. Drain the water and put the dal in a deep container.

3. Mix all the ingredients with dal and mix it well.

4. Garnish with lemon or cilantro and its ready to be served.
