Ingredients
chopped coriander (cilantro/kothimir/dhaniya)
1   cup
gram flour / besan
5   tablespoon
chopped green chilly
1  
turmeric power
1/2   teaspoon
red chilli power
1/2   teaspoon
cumin powder (jeera powder)
1/2   teaspoon
sesame seeds
1/2   teaspoon
asafoetida (hing)
1   pinch
salt as per taste
 
oil for deep frying
2   cup
water
1/4   cup
Instructions

1. Mix all the above ingredients in mixing bowl add water to make smooth batter. Keep aside to set for 5-10mins.

2. Heat oil in frying pan on medium high flame and put the batter in oil using a spoon. Cook for 3-4 mins and flip them so that they cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

3. Fry until pakodas turn golden. Remove Pakodas from pan. Drain pakoda on paper towels and serve immediately.
