Ingredients
bread slices
7
gram flour(besan)
3 cup
salt to taste
red chilli powder
1 teaspoon
coriander powder(dhania powder)
1 teaspoon
water
1 1/2 cup
turmeric powder
1 teaspoon
oil for deep frying
Instructions
1. Take a slice of bread and cut them diagonally into two. Repeat this for all bread slices.
2. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder to gram flour and mix it thoroughly with water. The batter should be little thick and not watery.
3. Dip the pair of bread slice into the batter and deep fry it both sides. Then place on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
4. Note- Two slice of bread can be joined and stuffed with boiled mashed potatoes, onion, cheese or any other favorites to make stuffed bread pakoda.
