This is a power packed nutritious breakfast recipe made with eggs and avocado.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the avocado into two halves and remove the pit.
2. Cut a small piece off the bottom as shown to ensure that the avocado sits flat. Scoop off some of the flesh from inside so that the eggs fit in.
3. Now place the avocado in a aluminum foil. This will prevent the excess egg from spilling. I saw this trick on a you tube video. Sprinkle the salt on the avocados. Now break the egg into the avocado carefully.
4. Sprinkle pepper over the eggs. Place this in an oven preheated at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. You will have a runny yolk in the end. If you don't like runny eggs then bake it for a longer time. Enjoy warm.
