I know I am always in a hurry so I look for recipes that require very little time, are healthy and easy to make. Here is a perfect breakfast egg omelette recipe without oil, pans or plates!
1. Take a large mug. In the mug, break 3 eggs. Add finely chopped scallions, mushrooms and black pepper powder. You can add any vegetables of your choice to this omelet. This is just what I like in my omelette.
2. Add in a pinch of salt. Mix everything well with a fork.
3. Keep in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. If you like your eggs a little runny, 2 minutes should suffice. Enjoy warm breakfast, ready in 5 minutes!
