Ingredients
all purpose flour or maida
1/2   kilogram
semolina or rava
1/4   kilogram
ghee
1/2   kilogram
egg
1  
powdered sugar
1/4   kilogram
coconut milk ( or can be substituted by whole milk)
1   cup
oil to deep fry
6   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Mix the rava, maida, ghee, sugar, coconut milk and egg to make a dough. If the consistency is too wet please add some maida. It helps to bind the ingredients together. Then cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for 4 hours.

2. Make small round balls of the dough. Using the back side of the fork or new comb, place the small balls on it.Press these balls till flatten on the fork. Turn in the opposite direction, forming a nice curl.

3. Deep fry these curls till light brown. Then drain the oil using a tissue paper.
