        Ingredients
       
 
       
          corn cobs
        
 
        
          2   
        
 
       
          salt to taste
        
 
        
          black salt or kala namak
        
 
        
          1/2   teaspoon
        
 
       
          chat masala
        
 
        
          1   teaspoon
        
 
       
          black pepper powder
        
 
        
          1/2   teaspoon
        
 
       
          red chilli powder
        
 
        
          1   teaspoon
        
 
       
          butter
        
 
        
          2   teaspoon
        
 
       
          lime juice

        Instructions
       
 
       1. Steam the corn cobs
2. Use a knife and remove corn kernels
3. In a bowl , add corn, chilli powder, salt, black salt, chat masala, butter and lime juice. Mix well and garnish with fresh coriander and lime
