A traditional Goan sweet made from coconut, rice and coconut jaggery

Ingredients
brown rice
2   cup
pieces of goan coconut jaggery
3  
sauf or fennel seeds
1   teaspoon
black pepper
1   teaspoon
ginger powder
1   teaspoon
grated coconut
1   cup
Instructions

1. In a pan, roast the brown rice till it turns golden and then grind it into a fine powder

2. Set aside the remaining ingredients. Grind the sauf or Fennel into a fine powder.

3. Put the jaggery in the microwave for 30 seconds so that it softens. Mix the jaggery, grated coconut, sauf powder, black pepper and ginger powder. Then add rice flour to the mixture and mix well.

4. Check the texture of the mix if the mixture is coarse, grind it again. Then take a small portion of the mixture and roll like show in the image and lightly dust with rice flour.
