Ingredients
large onion finely chopped
1/4  
cumin seeds
1   teaspoon
peppercorns
1/2   teaspoon
yogurt
1 1/4   cup
salt
1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Heat a pan on medium to high flame and Roast peppercorns until smoky.

2. Now take out the roasted peppercorns. Put cumin seeds in pan and roast well. Beat yogurt in a wide bowl.

3. Put roasted peppercorns and cumin seeds in mortar and pestle and grind well to a powder. Add grounded spices, chopped onions and salt to yogurt and mix well.

4. Pyaz ka Raita (Onion Raita) is ready to serve.
