Rava Fried Crab

My mom used to make this occasionally and it would be my favorite crab recipe. Frying brings out the sweetness in the crab, and who doesn't like a crispy treat for their taste buds!

Ingredients
cleaned crabs (without claws)
5  
red chili powder
1   teaspoon
turmeric powder
1/2   teaspoon
salt
1   teaspoon
tamarind paste
1   teaspoon
rava
2   tablespoon
oil
3   tablespoon
water for mixing
1   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Clean the crab and set aside. Remove the claws since these take time to cook.

2. In a bowl mix the salt, turmeric, red chili powder, tamarind paste and water, to make a paste.

3. Apply this paste to the crabs and set aside for a few minutes. Roll these crabs in the rava.

4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the crabs one hot and cook on both sides till crispy and well done. It takes approx 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy these sweet juicy crispy crabs hot!
