Rava battered fried oysters for cripsy and delicious taste.This recipe season the oysters with vinegar, chilli powder to create a spicy and crunchy taste

Ingredients
oysters
1   pound
rava or semolina
1   cup
palm vinegar or white vinegar
2   tablespoon
turmeric powder (haldi)
1   pinch
red chilli powder
1/2   teaspoon
pepper powder
1   smidgen
salt to taste
 
cooking oil
2   teaspoon
lemon ( for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a bowl mix, oyster, vinegar, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and pepper and set aside for 15-20 minutes

2. In a plate add the rava and generously apply over the oysters.

3. In a pan, put some oil and fry the oysters till they are golden brown.Garnish with lemon.
