Goan style Spicy crunchy Mussels batter in rava. prefect appetizer.
1. Clean the mussels and remove the sand.
2. Add boiling water to the mussels so they open up.
3. Use a spoon and scoop out the mussels.
4. Add chilli, turmeric, lemon and salt to the mussels.
5. In a bowl add the rawa and coat the mussels with the rawa.
6. Then add oil to a pan and add the mussels
7. Fry till golden
8. Place the fried mussels on tissue paper to soak any extra oil
9. Squeeze some lemon and serve hot
