A simple and easy mango chutney that requires no gas or microwave. Great for picnics

Ingredients
grated raw mango
1   cup
grated onion
1/2   cup
red chilli powder
1/2   tablespoon
salt as per taste
 
crushed garlic
1/2   teaspoon
asafoetida
1/2   teaspoon
jaggery
4-5   teaspoon
peanut powder
3-4   teaspoon
mustard seeds
1   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Set aside all ingredients.

2. Mix all above ingredients in a plate .

3. Add tempering to it for taste if you want. For Tempering use cooking oil 2 tbs, mustard seeds 1 teaspoon, Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon , asafoetida 0.5 teaspoon. Ready to serve , can be used with anything as chapatti, thalipith ,bread
