Ingredients
sago / tapioca
3   cup
groundnut powder
1.5   cup
fresh cucumber or a medium potato
1  
ghee (clarified butter)
2   tablespoon
salt
1.5   teaspoon
sugar
1   teaspoon
green chilli (chopped)

cumin (jeera)
1   teaspoon
fresh coconut (grated ) for garnish
3   tablespoon
lemon or lemon juice (2 teaspoons)

fresh coriander leaves for garnish
 
Instructions

1. Wash Tapioca 2 to 3 times then soak in a cup of water for a period of 3 to 4 hours .Tapioca grains should be separate and moist. After soaking mix the groundnut powder in Tapioca

2. Add salt and sugar for test in the above mixture .Wash and chop the green Chilli, cucumber or potato into small pieces. ( we used cucumber for this preparation)

3. Heat Ghee in a pan , add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies . When cumin seeds start spluttering add Cucumber cubes OR potato cubes. Cook it till Cucumber or potato are soft.( approximately 5 minutes for cucumber and 10 for potato).

4. Add the mixture of Tapioca into pan .Mix whole mixture well and keep it covered for 2-3 minutes .Sprinkle some little water. Mix well.Remove from heat. Serve hot , Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and scraped fresh coconut and lemon juice.
