Spicy Prawns Chili Fry

Here is a quick very spicy prawn appetizer for those who love spicy food like me.

Ingredients
prawns cleaned and deveined

kashmiri chili powder
1.5   teaspoon
turmeric power
1/2   teaspoon
ginger garlic paste
2   tablespoon
salt
3/4   teaspoon
spicy green chilies split in the center
10  
coriander leaves
1   cup
oil
2   tablespoon
cumin seeds
1   tablespoon
bay leaves
1  
lemon juice
3   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, kashmiri chili powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Leave for at least 20 minutes.

2. Heat oil. Add the chilies. Also add in the cumin seeds and curry leaves. Let them saute for approx 3 minutes. Add in the prawns.

3. Add the lemon juice. Once the shrimp is cooked, add the freshly chopped coriander leaves.

4. Mix well. Stir frequently. Let the masala leave oil. Turn the flame off once the prawns are cooked. Serve hot! Please make note that this is a very spicy recipe and you can omit/reduce the green chilies if you do not like spicy food.
