Spinach and Corn Dip

An easy and delicious dip which can be enjoyed with corn chips or bread.

Ingredients
corn kernel
1   cup
spinach
1   cup
butter
1   tablespoon
milk
1   cup
pepper
1   pinch
chili flakes
1   pinch
salt to taste
 
all-purpose flour or maida
1   tablespoon
parmesan cheese (optional)
1   dash
Instructions

1. Set aside corn kernels and chop the spinach into small pieces.

2. In a pan, add the butter and let it melt. Add the tablespoon of flour and mix with the butter with flour till small lumps of flour are formed.

3. Add the cup of milk and stir till a uniform paste is formed (no lumps). Add the corn and spinach and stir.Add the salt, chilli flakes and pepper. Stir for 2-5 minutes and let it thicken. Serve with Tortilla chips. This can also be used as sandwich spread.
